Version 0.5.1 Released

I’m pleased to announce that QSO Director version 0.5.1 has now been released

This is a minor release and contains a number of changes and bug fixes in addition to some important new features.

Multiple Layouts

Multiple layous are now supported. You can Save, Load and Switch layouts all without restarting the application. This makes it much easier to switch operating styles. You can have one layout for Rag Chewing, another for DX Hunting. The possibilities are limitless.

QRZCQ Callbook

QRZCQ.COM is now supported for callbook lookups.

In addition to QRZ.COM and HamQTH you can now use QRZCQ.COM for live callbook lookups during your QSO’s.

Revamped Worked Matrix

The Worked Matrix has had a major overhaul. Rather than just showing a simple indicator as to whether the band and mode has been worked for a given station. It now shows the number of QSO’s for each band and mode combination in addition to highlighting if the number of QSO’s is low or high. The Styling has also been improved.

This will form the basis of more tools coming in future versions.
