QSO Director is designed to fit effortlessly into your existing ham radio setup. With built-in support for popular third-party platforms, you can keep your logs accurate, up to date, and synchronised across multiple services without extra manual work.

Whether you’re uploading contacts to online logbooks or working with digital mode software, QSO Director ensures everything stays connected and running smoothly.

Callbook Integration

QSO Director includes powerful callbook integration, giving you instant access to trusted callsign databases while you log contacts. As you enter a callsign, the software can automatically retrieve key operator details such as name, location, and station information and populate any missing fields in your QSO. This not only speeds up logging but also improves accuracy and consistency across your records. With support for leading services including QRZ.com, HamQTH, QRZCQ, HamCall and HamDB, you can choose the providers that best suit your workflow.

The result is a smoother, more efficient logging experience, with less manual input and richer QSO data every time.

Real-Time Log Synchronisation

Keeping your QSO data consistent across platforms can be time-consuming. QSO Director removes that hassle by automatically syncing your contacts with leading services such as QRZ.com, ClubLog, and more.

As soon as a QSO is logged, it can be uploaded instantly no need for manual exports or duplicate entries. This real-time integration helps you maintain accurate records and ensures your activity is always up to date across all platforms.

If you prefer to upload your data a batch at a time, we've got that covered too, with support for periodic batch updates. If your internet connection isn't up to the job of real-time uploads.
