New Features
- Previous QSO Tool can now show any QSO Column (right click the column headings to select)
- Previous QSO Tool columns can now be re-arranged (click and drag column headings)
- Previous QSO Tool now shows band column by default
- The main status bar can now be selectively hidden using Layout => Show Status Bar. Hiding it can help where multi window layouts are being used.
- The QSO Entry window now has an info bar that is displayed at the bottom of the window. This can be selectively shown in the QSO Entry window menu. It currently shows the Short Path bearing, Long Path Bearing and Distance to the DX entered in the entry window.
- The map now has the options to show the last 30 QSOs, 60 QSOs or 90 QSOs.
- Clicking on a QSO pushpin on the map will show information about that QSO
- When exporting to an ADIF file, you can now choose which fields to include in the export
- Added new Save Current Layout option to the Layout menu, this saves the current layout immediately which can be useful if you want to change the current layout and revert back without having to exit the application to save it first
- When exporting to ADIF and choosing custom date range, the start date now defaults to the date of the earliest QSO in the log
- Band map spot font size can now be adjusted. This can be done on a per band map basis by right clicking the band map Appearance -> Spot Font Size
- Added “Previous QSOs” as a callbook, this can be used to lookup information from previous QSOs already in the log
- Added Tertiary Callbook, this allows up to three callbooks to be in use
- Added Callbook Mode, the options are “Merge Results” -> All callbooks will be queried and the results will be merged in sequence. “Use First Response” -> Only the first callbook to return results will be used.
- Super Check Partial Data can now be updated from the Tools -> Update SCP Data menu option
- Added initial partial call lookup service, it is currently very rudimentary and will be improved in future versions
- Added initial very rudimentary call lookup tool window, this shows possible matches to the partial call entered. This will be improved considerably in future versions
Changes
- Map zoom mode now defaults to zoom to path
- Pressing space in the callsign field will now switch focus to the name field. Tab can still be used to switch to the next field in the list
- Added additional debugging information to the rig connections to enable identification of errors for specific radios
Bug Fixes
- Map zoom mode is now properly persisted between reloads
- Internal stored spots were being shown in the DX Cluster window
- QSO Details from callbook were being overwritten when callbook data returned blank information for a given field.
- It was possible to lose the default dock sites for tool windows. If the default dock site no longer exists and a tool window is shown, the tool window will now show as a floating window which can then be docked where the user desires.
- Rigs connected with a CH340 based USB to Serial adapter were throwing errors. Enable compatibility mode in the rig connection settings to fix these and other badly behaved USB to Serial adapters
- When double clicking a spot in the cluster window, it was not changing the radio frequency if the QSO Entry window was bound to a radio rather than a specific VFO
